When you come from Inner Space...you're going to need a good ship to get you where you're going. The Micronauts had plenty, and they were better than just good! Borrowing from many of the Microman designs, and even creating some of their own, Mego had more winners on their hands. The multi-passenger ships took the interchangeable possibilities beyond their limits. While looking very impressive in their fully combined state, many of the ships broke down to be smaller one passenger vehicles. So when you bought one toy, you ended up with many. And every ship came with a multitude of extra accessories, enough to keep a kid busy for hours. The good guys weren't the only ones to have ships either. Some were meant for space exploration, and some for battle. Case in point: for their Alien line, Mego whipped up some of their best and most popular (and sought after) designs yet! The ships in this category contain airborne type as well as land rovers, and qualify as ships due to their ability to hold more than one figure, (with a slight exception...) and larger scale. Travelling through Inner Space was never so cool, and the awesome sight of a menacing Terraphant sent many a Time Traveller running for cover!
